On location in Antarctica
Hi, I'm Adrian. I’m a UK-born entrepreneur, career filmmaker turned pro van builder by day, house and techno DJ by night, and now proud dad of two.
In 2015, after graduating top of my class in Media Production from Lincoln School of Media (UK), I co-founded Coldhouse Collective - a UK based adventure focused content creation agency. We built a reputation for capturing incredible stories of adventurers in remote locations. I’ve since directed and produced content for top outdoor brands and private clients, specializing in high-net-worth and luxury travel projects spanning all seven continents.
In 2018, I followed my heart (aka my wife) and immigrated to the USA, landing in one of the most beautiful states (Utah). I picked up freelance film work for a few years, focusing on corporate and commercial projects. But in 2019, the pandemic, visa headaches, and too much time during lockdown led me to something new: converting vans. While waiting for my US visa, I made the move to Canada and ended up in Squamish, BC. There, I teamed up with an old friend and industrial designer and we launched a van conversion company. It was then I discovered I had a knack for transforming vans into something special...
In late 2020, after receiving my U.S. Green Card, I moved back to Utah and founded Converted Van Co. in Orem. Despite the challenges of launching a business during a pandemic, we’ve grown into one of Utah’s trusted names in van conversions, transforming cargo vans into adventure-ready vehicles.
I’m all about solving problems, building awesome stuff, and figuring out better ways to do it. If you’re into vans, filmmaking, business, or techno - hit me up!
